This Fair Use Policy explains how MOROKA provides hosting, CDN, and site publishing, and which usage patterns are excessive or incompatible with the product.
Monthly bandwidth on free sites
Each free site includes a monthly bandwidth allowance. The limit applies per site ID, is measured in bytes, and resets each calendar month in UTC. MOROKA warns the site owner before the limit is reached.
Paid traffic entitlement
Sites with an active paid traffic entitlement do not have a regular public monthly bandwidth cap. That does not mean uncontrolled usage: MOROKA continues to measure usage, applies abuse protection, and may offer individual terms for persistently extraordinary load.
Incompatible usage
- Using MOROKA primarily as a file CDN or bulk file distribution hub
- Hotlinking or mass file distribution outside normal site browsing
- Video streaming or large media delivery outside the product's intended use
- Deliberate circumvention of traffic limits via duplicate accounts or technical schemes
- Automated scraping, DDoS, malware, phishing, or illegal content
- Any usage that harms MOROKA infrastructure or other customers
AI balance is not a traffic entitlement
Topping up AI balance pays for AI operations in the Builder. It does not automatically move a site to paid traffic entitlement.
MOROKA actions
MOROKA may warn the site owner, restrict delivery, temporarily pause publishing, or offer individual terms. Project content, SEO settings, and the site project are preserved. Urgent abuse or security situations may require immediate action without prior notice.
